Boom Trainer |

| The two-place boom trainer was constructed to teach our membership the safe art of rotor management. Towed behind a vehicle at a nominal speed, the trainee is in constant radio contact with the driver while practicing rotor management. At this point in training, the rudder is fixed to help keep the craft from straying too far off course or climbing too high and so the trainee can concentrate on complete rotor management.
